    I made these today. I don't eat wheat, dairy, or sugar these days but my friend claims they are delicious. They definitely smell awesome. I used extra bacon (of course!) and 2 bunches of green onions. I used extra sharp cheddar, he says asiago would be a good addition to increase the cheesiness. Bringing the rest to another friend who's undergoing chemo, hopefully these are bland/bready but still yummy enough for her to want to eat.

    Also did a roast in the slow cooker and made some more dill pickles. I love pickles and almost everyone I know hates them. For tomorrow I've got chicken marinating in a homemade BBQ sauce from the other thread.

    You needed to control yourself, not the food you were eating. I'm glad to hear that you have found a way to do this.

    But please stop blaming the innocent food you consumed for your weakness in self control.

    Yum. Love omelettes. That's funny, I felt the spicy impulse today too, I did chorizo and bell peppers earlier in a scramble.

    Tonight I'm trying spaghetti squash for the first time (and obviously, 1st time ever cooking it). Cooking up a sauce now (ground Italian sausage, spinach, tomatoes, tons of garlic & spices) so even if the spaghetti squash is awful it'll be covered up.
