^^^It was really good. I got the idea from watching Diners, driveins and dives. On of the burger joints said they add short ribs to their recipe. I have made burger mixes before but this was really good. Everyone that had it said they would order it again and they would make it at home. Those are my 2 biggest criteria for what I make. This is all just setting up my next career when I either open a restaurant or a bed and breakfast!!!!! Can't wait!!!!

Once I retire I think I am leaving the country as well. I might not make it to retirement age actually...... there might be a job offer in PR.......

^^^Really good, like I said it passed the 2 question quiz. I fed 10 people and they all said they would make it at home and 2- order it at a restaurant.

Not very cost affective though, that is the biggest downfall.

    toughtacoo...beautiful!

i do the same..but i only use (equal parts) boneless shortribs, and skirt steak. imho, nothing taste beefier than skirt steak. i dont have a grinder, but i just blast it with my food processor. small chunks, partially frozen..braaaap!

    i make smaller batches..maybe 6 patties max.

I would definitely use skirt steak the next time I make them.

I use the grinder attachment on the front of the Kitchen Aid mixer, it works like a dream.

Man, that pizza looks great, except the shrooms. :) I'm off dairy and haven't had pizza for months, or ice cream for that matter.

    Man, I love ice cream...

    :(
