    I've lurked :spy: Just never posted until recently.
    I do like to cook on occasion (desserts and sweets mostly) and being on a gluten free diet I have no choice but to make everything from scratch. I just find it fascinating that a bunch of guys actually know what to do in a kitchen...I have yet to find such a guy for myself :spy:

    Sad thing is that I prefer the wife to stay out of the kitchen. She doesn't enjoy cooking (just baking), but i feel i have better multi tasking and organizational skills around the food stuff. I also get pretty anal about cross contamination and cleaning up as I go. She kicks my ass when it comes to organizing laundry or paperwork though, i guess i am like the chef and she is the maid? At least we share the responsibility!

    It sounds like you are giving guys credit....j/k;) I absolutely love cooking!!!! As much cooking as I have done I have not lost the passion as of yet, and dont think it will happen anytime soon. I am now branching out to some of the cooking methods that I have never tried.... that way it is new to me!!!
