    wow..some great looking stuff!!

    my mom gave me a bunch of saffron..so i did what it is best for...paella!

    we made two..there was 8 of us eating. man, i forget how fragrant saffron is. once we bloomed the stuff, the kitchen was filled with the smell of the spice. my sister and i split this huge tin full of saffron...well, i just took alittle. enough to last me a very long time.
