    sucks being allergic to gluten. it is in everything.

    making bread is kinda easy..flour, yeast, salt..water. that is all. the only difficulty is time. the foccacia took about 2 days to make..but if i add up the actual work time..maybe 5 mins that i am involved. easy.

    biscuits. add, some fat. butter or lard!! i have some Bear lard coming from a buddy that killed a fat one. i am gonna make some bear fat biscuits!!

    my potato soup was delicious, but i added too much green chili to make it hot..and it turned it baby puke green. photos not taken...hahah.

    Dinner last night. Herb crusted roast with rosemary roasted potatoes and glazed carrots.

    I am glad I got a 6.4 lb roast. There were 5 of us eating and we ate it all. 5 lb potates 10 whole carrots and the roast.......... :eek:

    Thanks it was good. There was rosemary,thyme,sage,garlic,salt and pepper with olive oil on it. A little bit overcooked for my taste, I like it medium rare.

    Yeah thank god for the food processor. I had it all prepped in like 10 minutes....
