    Here is a different version of the lamb shank. I made a gravy and pulled the meat off the bone and mixed it up again.... They were all so good. The kids even loved it.... thankfully they eat pretty much anything I make. Thanks for the help Lisa. I figured it out and now it is even easier then my computer. Figures...

    Hey Tough theres ways to get pics on here as just attachments that way you dont have to download them all the time and overload your photo gallery. I just recently started doing this just cause of that.:eek:

    our department won the battalion's Christmas door decorating contest.... so we won $300 for pizza.... i swear thats not $300 worth... the price on the box was said to be around $23x.... but still thats alot of pizza!!!! lotta left overs, the warrant office/gunny will be taking it to field day at the barracks tonight to share the winnings, oohhrah

    I am thinking about smoking a filet of salmon. Abnyone know how long to smoke it for? It will probably be in the 2 lb range and I am guessing anywhere from 60- 90 minutes.
