    I am trying to download tonights dinner pics right now. I am getting a bit annoyed again with this comp. I found out today that the issue with my comp is the screen, that means I have to buy a new computer but no time soon. That sucks

    Ok for the record this comp stinks.... I tried to save the pics to the comp the same way I did the other day and it is not working. But let me tell you everything came out really good.

    We did some cooking this weekend. I made roasted broccoli lastnight and we had some leftovers. So I made some cream of cheesy broccoli soup this morning for lunch.

    I'm inviting myself over to all your houses for dinner. Just so you know. :)

    Tonight's quick easy meal, paleo "tacos." I love, LOVE tacos so I feel very disrespectful calling these tacos but I need to make a concerted effort to eat clean and not skip the gym. Sigh.

    Sauteed a small diced zucchini, half a huge red bell pepper, a small onion, and a small can of fire roasted chopped chiles. Added a pound of ground turkey. I made my own taco seasoning after reading the packets in the store and they all had sugar in them. Mine has cumin, cayenne, garlic powder, salt & pepper, and dried oregano. Wrapped this cooked mixture in lettuce leaves. Ta-dah!

    I know a bunch of you are gluten-free, if you eat other grains I just saw that Trader Joe's now sells a frozen gluten-free pizza with a rice meal based crust. It has tomatoes, cheese, & basil on it and is $5, IIRC. I was really excited they have mashed sweet potatoes in the frozen area. They're in little discs for easy portioning, and don't have sugar, spices, or flours added to them! Woo!
