    I need to get a better setup for taking photos of food. If I start a blog that I have been planning for months, I will get a better set up. That should be happening soon.

    And man does it smell good in here......I started off the oil with garlic and proscuitto so that it flavored the oil before frying the chicken.

    Cant wait to see! I need to do the same....I just use my cell phone most of the time but I also have a digital camera I use sometimes and my GoPro.
    Garlic goes good with everything!! :D

    Exactly!!!! I went through 3 full garlic bulbs in the past 5 days.....

    I buy a bunch of fresh minced garlic probably weekly. I cook with it all the time.

    X2! I dont mind the canned minced garlic but it just doesnt taste the same with all those preservatives. :eek:

    Where do you live at? Garlic is very hearty. Here in Iowa, you plant it in september and harvest in July. It survives with no issues through the winter.

    I am in southern NY and I think that I planted some garlic in the back yard but I want to actually start a garden this year. I would plant them right along the garded in the off season so I could get to them easily when it comes time to harvest them. I am going to start looking for some bubls for different varieties of garlic soon. The garden is getting dug out and built soon.
