    Yeah I was feeding 8 or 9 adults. I made it the night before and formed them out. Grilled them up at work and they were good.

    I recently did a batch with sirloin,short ribs,brisket and a lb of bacon ground into the mix.

    I have been seeing a lot of recipes for back fat lately. I am going to have to use it.

    People would be surprised at how good they can cook but a lot of people these days dont cook anymore especially the newer generation of kids. :cool:

    i know people that dont even know how to make a grilled cheese sandwich lol. Anything that I like to eat, i can cook myself. but i prefer not to haha.

    At least you cook every once in a while. I know some people that rarely cook and just eat out everyday and thats just unhealthy and expensive.

    I have my wonderful lady to cook for me :) haha but i cook when ever im in the mood. i usually cook breakfast cuz theres no one home when i wake up lol. The perks of a good fiancee are nice lol

    That used to be me. Not anymore... I have cooked almost every meal since I started going Paleo. But I do big breakfast and small other meals.

    Shes a keeper for sure cause I dont really know any girls that cook anymore to be honest with you....just maybe a few. I'm old school so I like a girl that knows how to cook a good hearty meal. :)

    Kind of weird sounding combo, but its what I had in the fridge :notsure:

    But that is some fake mandarin chicken stuff (pretty tasty!) and some collard greens made in vegetable broth with carrots and sauteed onions & garlic.

    not a bad combo :p

    ^^ that's not a bad thing. you get more inventive when you're trying to clean out the freezer and pantry.

    I was in a hurry and just wanted tacos for lunch the other day...got everything done and then realized that I was out of shells. :annoyed: I was ready to pack everything up, run to the store for shells and then go to my office and assemble and eat there. Then I saw my leftover cornbread sitting on the counter...taco shells are made of corn...hmmm.. I chopped up a piece, threw it in a bowl and threw my taco meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and hot sauce in and stirred it all up. A little different but it was still tasty!
