I wanted dinner. It was a simple one to do as well. I think I need to wait to put the garlic on until the broil starts though. May help get the flavor better. Wife even loved them.

I'm down 35lbs since Feb 15th eating this way as well if you can imagine that

I lost about 10 pounds last month, unfortunately from a nasty stomach bug. I have kept it off so far and trying to eat healthier. Congrats!

Thanks guys. I kicked out all processed and preserved foods. I only cook natural foods and fresh as much as I can. No wheat (if you eat wheat/gluten you will eat average of 440 calories more a day) no dairy, no oats...

I wish more people ate like this cause its honestly not that hard to keep a good diet if you put some effort into it but laziness is the biggest downfall on humanity and everyone wants something quick and easy which usually means fattening and unhealthy.

Or processed. Did you see the new bill? Monsanto, the biggest food producer was able to slip a piece inn the budget reform bill saying anything they genetically alter and sell doesn't and can't be tested by the FDA? Which means how do we know what is in that processed food the sell? I don't want it in my stomach.

Skygear, that is a well-used rice cooker. :D

Bet that filet would taste great over a bowl of rice.

Everything looks good as usual in here. Glad to see some new members in this thread. I am either going to make a home made gnocchi today or a grilled foccacia (grilled pizza) with proscuitto, parmesan and arugula with lemon juice olive oil salt dressing sandwich. I am not sure yet... I will try to get pics up though.

lisa, sorry the dough is not GF..... but it is def going to be delicious. I am guessing that this would be just fine with GF pizza dough. I just took it out of the fridge, waiting for it to thaw. I hope it thaws soon, I am hungry.

I am making the foccaccia btw. I have some good quality parmesan which I got from Little Italy in the Bronx for Easter. And the arugula was bought today as well. Everything is going to be nice and fresh.... can't wait.
