    was tired so i just threw this together, forman grilled chicken with bacon bits cheese and bbq sauce, and macrowaved sweet potato, beats a tv dinner thats for sure.

    Made a sausage and tomato sauce with some cavatelli the other day....it was very fresh, heirloom tomato puree,fresh basil,fresh oregano, and fresh sausage

    Smoked a turkey yesterday for around 7 hours.

    Crock-pot chicken breast on rice with garlic corn and pan-roasted green beans.
    Cooked the chicken on low for 4 hours and then let it rest overnight and the next day before cutting and reheating.

    1 bag (10-12oz) butterscotch chips (or flavor of your choice)....1 bag (6oz) chow mein noodles. ... Melt the chips in a glass bowl in the microwave, start at 2 minutes, then another minute, then pour the noodles in and stir it up.. spoon onto wax paper & stick in the fridge.

    I'm originally from the South, we used to only make these at Christmas...
