Well, here's what I just put up on FB:

"Wow. Think german light lager crossbred with lemonaid. Holy crap that's a damn fine beer right there.

Its in the summer collection cases, if you're of a mind. Fantastic!"

Yesterday was a blueberry lager. Luvs me some craft beers, I do.

Ok, last ones for the night, I promise. Being a MD native, these are from the days of my first Taco, may she rest in peace...

Started the day off bright and early in Annapolis-

    The days catch -

That evening, after the steamer (always taste better when you catch 'em yourself) -

    And the following day, leftovers...

By the way, one thing I've found...Old Bay is really, REALLY good with salt and pepper on delmonico's on the grill.

We used to have hauls like that back when I was a wee lad with 5 gallon buckets and crayfish :) I miss freshwater food!

Added extra awesomeness to its original awesomeness.
Now that looks awesome! I love Gulf Shrimp, but I really wish I lived on the north east/east coast for crab and lobster. Hearing the stories of how my grandma, mom, etc., would just go catch some fresh out of the water and do a boil. Mouth is watering thinking about it.

Here's some jerky from today. 4lbs of local beef turned into some spicy chipotle lime shoe leather. Have some teriyaki and lemon ginger in the dehydrator now, house smells delicious!

X2, looks great. Hey Jimmy how do you cook the blue crabs, I'm going to the beach this Fall and there're plenty of blue crabs at the canal where i'm staying, hoping to fix some up, thanks.

Big pot, use a couple crushed cans to keep the crabs off the bottom, inch of beer with a little bit of cider vinegar, get that up to steaming, drop the live crabs in and coat them with old bay, cook for about 12 minutes. Then crack open another beer and enjoy :D

Went to a place called Bachi Burger when I was in Vegas last week and the food was amazing!!! I had the Kimchee burger and it was delicious!! My friends and I agreed that those were probably the best burgers we've ever had before. I highly recommend the oxtail chili cheese fries for an appetizer!!!
