    Made a nice ny strip last night with fresh asperagus and left over baked patatos that i cut up and cooked in a pan with onions, garlic and buter. Sorry for got the pics.

    Photo didn't turn out great but I've been grilling the dove I shot yesterday. Brined overnight, then a little chipotle tobasco & a slice of thick cut bacon & onto the grill. Killer appetizer.

    Hey looks great man, I fix mine the same way on the grill bacon wrapped. I went last Monday with my Dad and friends, we cleaned around 100 total between about 10 people, shot most of them from 7:00 to 11:30 that morning.
