    Upgraded 2002 Tacoma to 2018 Tundra
    I made two roasts in the cast iron skillet this weekend. Started with a beef roast and fried potatoes. While that was going I had a pork rib roast on the grill. After the beef was done I transferred the pork to the skillet and finished it off in the oven.
    Leftovers are for lunch today.

    Made a Pecan Pie for the first time last night for a chrismas party I am attending later today. Tried a different crust recipe and it doesn't look like my normal crust but we will see how it tastes.
