    $2500 for that?!?! That better be a misprint cause I talked to someone I know that can build things like that and he said in parts and supplies he could have that built under $500 easy if not cheaper.

    Had friends over that other night and myself and my buddy I live with decided to made chili, green chili cornbread, and I made crackers from scratch. Everything was made from scratch and turned out great! Sorry for the cell phone pictures.

    My wife was making meat balls for the kids' school function. There was leftover ground beef, so I made these "burgers on a stick". Other than regular salt, pepper, garlic etc, I basted it with butter/bbq sauce mix during grilling. The kids loved it - served with salad and fries.

    Yes, I have though about that. And wrap with bacon!

    Funny how it is the same mix as the meatballs, but just because it is on a stick and grilled it is 10x better than the meatballs. (maybe it is because my wife made the meatballs and I made the sticks :cool:)

    Thanks it was pretty darn easy to make. I added shredded cheddar cheese shortly after taking that pic so my bad.

    (Backstory...I lurve me some seafood of almost every kind, and eat the hell out of it in every form. The wife and yout...vary between 'I'll have shrimp scampi' to 'dear god what was that')

    Fresh salmon. A bit of butter in the pan. Salt, pepper, a splash of Old Bay. That's it.

    Nothin' much better than that.
