I am at the barber right now but I'll take a picture when I get back home. It was looking good. Did have to add a little more flour on day two because it was separating and that's a sign it needs more food.

EDIT: This is the starter recipe that I am using http://www.thefreshloaf.com/node/233/wild-yeast-sourdough-starter

Aight - I'm doing this. My assistant scoutmaster used to start a starter at camp the first night and by midweek we were having sourdough Dutch oven cinnamon rolls. Amazing. I'm trying it but I'm leaving it in the shade outside. I think 80 degree days will help it take off even faster. I know his starter was ready to bake by day 3.

So today is day four and this is what it looked like before I added the white flour now and water instead of the pineapple juice and whole grain wheat flour.

Maintenance at this point in time. Still working on a very old injury to the muscles on the left side of the lower back. The therapy also keeps the arthritis of the lower spinal column in check.

ok, I have arthritis in l4 and l5 Ibuprofen helps as much as anything and elevating my legs above my waist for even 30 seconds flares it up. I need to come into some cash and get a hot tub.
