    i had to make a veggie meal to offset my meaty weekend.

    grilled marinated tofu with a tomato quinoa salad. grilled corn.

    the meaty meal was baby back ribs. i got them down!!

    Made my braised short ribs again with asian green beans for the guys at my local car audio shop and ordered some PIAA fogs for my Pilot.......

    nice- quinoa is the bomb.

    here's an AMAZING recipe we make all the time now, and make variations off of it. i often add rotisserie chicken to it for a complete meal... you'll be hard pressed to find something as good for you that tastes this good as well...

    Filling was ground turkey (just so I could say it was healthy, duh) & hot italian sausage w/ chopped onion, garlic, bell peppers & jalapenos.

    Goat cheese in the center.

    I put it on the grill at around 350 for about an hour. Internal temp of 165

    i will PM you my stepdad's S&S sauce recipe.

    goofy easy. not all dayglo red. best i have had. it is my guilty pleasure meal. i big plate of S&S chicken over a bed or rice. dont eat it that often anymore. he use this sauce at his restaurant.

    Afraid not. Invited a few folks from my crossfit gym over after our workout. I cut ~1" slices and served w/ asparagus which of course was cooked in the bacon fat. Needless to say, once it came off the grill it didn't last long.

    Luckily I am brilliant and made 2!!! Will make sure to get some pics of sliced product when I cook the second one tonight.
