    So i made some beef stew/soup last night... i used 2 "steaks" with bones in them for flavor then i also put in the stry fry meat like i used in the lo mein the other night. along with baby potatoes a froven bag of mixed veggies, left over carrots from my turkey soup the other day and spices. good thing i made it last night... im home sick today lol

    so like basic home fries?? since im not a fan of eggs that is a like goto breakfast for me. there is a breakfast place around the corner from me that makes a "scramble" but i get it with out the eggs and they do not skimp on the portions.



    And here was lunch... to bad i didnt have a sandwich like the one's you guys make to go with it!!!

    Imagine if the home fries were diced up a lot finer. Say...M&M sized. Similar sized bits of onion and pepper, then browned deeply on a griddle.

    Really tasty. IMHO, of course.

    There a pound-sized bags of them in every megamart freezer section. Granted, not as good as home-made obviously, but if you want a quick and easy intro ...there ya go.

    I make them on occasion at home and add some mushrooms (fine diced and well browned) to them, as I've really become a fan of savory

    Tried something different this time... instead of just taco seasoning I added a chopped onion and jalapeño and a small can of tomato sauce... came out good!
