mines easy, who knows. ive never had an issue with either rinsing most of it off/quick scrub to get anything.

what kind of stuff are you cooking in yours?

from experience though half the time those liners get holes

thats why! add some more fluid to keep it from drying all the way. i usually make soupier things in my crock though.

Although i did make a buffalo ranch chicken cheese dip that is the bomb! couple breasts of chicken that get shredded, 1-2 bottles of frank red hot sauce, 1 bottle of ranch, and cheddar cheese.

Mines in the sink right now....

I think the trick is to not let the stuff cool in the crock, get it out right way. Once it cools down its 10x's harder to clean. I also keep a silicon spatula handy and every time I open the crock to stir, etc I make sure to scrape anything that got splashed up on the sides. It helps to minimize that crusty burnt ring when you're done.

it pretty much is it. i just boiled 2 large chicken breasts for shredding. i used a bottle of franks red hot (23 oz i believe plus maybe some extra i had), average size ranch bottle (plus a little extra) and cheddar cheese (maybe 12-15 oz).

the red hot/ranch just use to taste, i like mine more buffalo flavored. cheese as needed to thicken/taste just dont put too much, the shredded chicken keeps it pretty thick. crock pot on high and it doesnt burn either.

this^ but i just use shredded cheddar that is already bagged (make sure its natural cheese though!) you can add cream cheese but i think it comes out just as well without and doesnt leave any chunks that may not get broken down all the way

Ok I wasn't sure if you were cooking the chicken breast all day in the crock pot with the ranch and hot sauce and then shredding it or if you were doing it separately.

On an after thought are you using the plain franks red hot or are you using there buffalo hot sauce?
