Pushups and pullups and situps can burn a ton of calories and shape your torso rather quickly for a couple bucks at the hardware store...

    ...

    ...

...if you're really willing to do so ;)

That was it. And maybe a boring drillbit to help mount it, depending on your house/garage construction state :)

Stuffed with ground beef, rice, grilled onion, garlic, Worcester & tomato sauce. Topped with tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and mozzarella cheese. Peppers we're soften up on the gas grill before stuffing/baking.

We call them sarmas here. For a small town we do have a pretty diverse collection of foods. Thanks to all of the miners that settled here years ago.

Glad to hear you had a good Holiday!!! :) I pretty much work all the holidays cause of my job so I see the family in the off season which okay to I guess. Hope you meet your fitness goals!! I used to only weigh about 130 and now I'm up to 145 and I am also working out to build muscle. I have a pretty thin build so I dont want to try and get to big but just a nice muscle tone is what I'm going for. I'm trying to eat a little healthier as well so hopefully 2015 treats me well!!! :D

I got myself a treat to and pulled the trigger on a GoPro 4 silver edition. I have the original GoPro 1 so I figured it was time to upgrade haha. I borrowed the 3 from a friend of mine and really liked it. I also got a picatilly rail mount for the camera but havent tried it out yet.

Haha yeah if your LE then you know how it feels to work on holidays while everyone else is off.....good for overtime though!! :D Oh cool so your with PHxPD? I heard their FD is the elite of the elite in the United States.

Good luck on your weight training and hopefully you stick with it. I think thats the hardest thing is people start to slack off then get out of it for months before getting back into it. I'm 33 so I'm getting older so I just want to stay as healthy as I can for both my personal life and my job.

I'm excited about the GP4!! Like I said I only ever had the original one so I'm not familiar with all the wifi and apps and things like that so I'm stoked for it haha. :)

I was going to do some black eyed peas for New Years being as its good luck and all but I slacked and by the time I got to the store they were sold out so I decided to do some lazy pastor.

Three trimmed tenderloins in the crock pot with some onions, garlic, pineapple, adobe chilies, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, and some spices. 8 hours later I had tacos and a whole lotta left overs.
