    ^^^^ Looks good... tomorrow I am making a lamb chop with balsamic mint glaze. Dont worry I will take pictures. It sounds really good. I get to go grocery shopping early tomorrow.

    2 simple recipes..... terriyaki sauce with sugar..... marinate lamb for a couple hours. What I made tonight, rosemary, thyme, mint salt and pepper chopped and rub on lamb. Heat 1/2 cup olive oil and cook meat 3.5 minutes med rare on each side. Take lamb out add 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup shallots to oil. Reduce by half...... take off heat add half stick of butter then pour over lamb.

    Both recipes are good...... just 2 different cooking methods.
