    Just finished the base to roasted corn and lobster chowder. Pics to come I have to wait to serve it. Had lobster and steak party at the house yesterday. I figured why not do some thing with the leftover lobster.

    yes its just the different shape to the pasta. No different then ziti,penne linguine etc. ...

    I like it because its good for the heavier toppings like the short ribs and its good for more delicate sauces like fresh roasted tomatoes with mozzarella.
