    I have a policy. If other people are eating it, and I can safely assume they have not been building up a tolerance for iocane powder, then I'll give it at least one honest try...no matter how wierd it may look/sounds/smell

    No I can eat it. Kinda rich for me. They just love it and I'm happy to let them at it. I like the collars more.
    Some Japanese guy showed me this.
    Only buy the freshest salmon heads. My fish guy used to give to me for free. Or he sold them to crab fishermen. Now he sells it for $1.99 lb. super cheap. When I bought these a bunch of folks watching asked me how I cooked them. I gave them quick instructions. All three of them bought a head. Very adventurous oft them. No showed them how to pick fresh ones and told them to sniff the gills. Haha.

    Pick apart with your fingers mainly. You extract the meat from those pieces, they're not just eaten as normal.

    So there is still plenty of meat there? For $1.99 a pound it might be worth trying. I doubt I could find it fresh around here though.
