    not necessarily...its really dependent on how the eggshell breaks sometimes its clean break sometimes it just crushes...unless you have big sausage fingers and mash the eggshell everytime....

    I was going to make some homemade tortillas this morning but Im not going to have the time...typically takes around 1hr and 30 minutes or so start to finish to get a batch done. This includes a 50 minute rest time for the dough. oh well maybe later tonight.
