    I'm just messing around. I don't use recipes for food like this. Eyeball the amounts, salt, pepper, and sage would be the base seasonings adding whatever else looked fun in the spice rack. Bake covered with foil @ 375 for a bit and finish under the broiler for a couple minutes to crisp the top.
