When it's my turn to cook dinner but I don't feel like BBQ. I will start with Top Ramon - spicy Asian version. I like a little more kick in it.

I will add the chili packs for the heat but substitute the soy and lard packs with my own EV olive oil, fish sauce and low salt soy sauce.

Now it's time to root thru the fridge for fresh veg and meats to make it better. This is from the last time I made it.

Once done it makes a great meal. My wife even approves. This would look better if it wasn't so steaming hot.

OK our Costco hasn't had this for about a month and I am craving it right now. I hope they have it back in stock soon.

I make 3 1/3 Lb burgers with it. I add Panko, fresh cilantro, Jocko's Mix(Salt, Pepper and Garlic Salt) and hard to find fire roasted tomatoes.

I cook it on my pit grill with Hickory and Red Oak.

When they are almost done they need a slice of pepper jack, just enough to melt them down.

Just before that I pan toast some sour dough with a little (lots) of butter. Mayo on one side and guacamole on the other. Tomato and lettuce to finish it off. My wife makes great shoestring fries with herbs.

I put evaporated milk in my coffee for the first time today, I'll never buy dedicated creamer again.

That's a lot better than creamers. I drink my coffee with evaporated milk also. When we go camping we use condensed milk - milk and sugar combined - easier to pack but also just a special treat / tradition.
Most of the coffee creamers are not real milk anyway; most of them are plant oils.

I ran out of creamer and happened to have an open can of evaporated milk in the fridge. Most creamers are loaded with sugar too
