    Well the BBQ Saturday was a huge success!!:D Only problem was I didnt get to take any pictures that day. I was just suuuper busy that day cause we had a bunch of fire dept calls and I had to spend most of the day cleaning the house. I was literally cooking and cleaning right up until my guests arrived!!!!:eek:

    I ended up grilling some petite sirloin steaks marinated in melted butter with mushrooms on top, green beans with diced tomatoes, sauteed baby carrots in butter, salt and garlic powder, then cookies for desert, lol.

    Ive been eating pretty much the same thing for the last week. potato for lunch with a chicken salad wrap and fruits. and for dinner its chicken salad. its simple because i dont have much time to cook since it gets late after my hapkido classes.

    hehe, no im not Korean.. Im Cambodia/Chinese... I was initially interested in Muay Thai because its closest to the fighting style Cambodian's use (Bokator). Acutally I think Tony Jaa knows it.

    Anywho, the gym for Muay Thai is somewhat of a distance. Since the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program uses some techniques of Hapkido, I had a little headstart already and found a dojang a few blocks away from where I am at. The long nights are Monday and Wednesday: 1hr Hapkido + 1hr TaeKwonDo fitness = super less time to cook.:)

    It is a lamb. We usually get it between 20 and 30 lbs, so it is not real big, but smaller is tastier. We turn it about every 15 minutes, or as needed - about 1/4 turn every time. We start the fire at 9:00 am and it is ready by 5:00 pm. Lots of time to spend with friends and family.
