A guy I work with makes a copycat recipe and he loves it, not sure which one it is though.

Ive tried a couple different breakfast sausage mixes and they have a funky flavor I dont really care for. Its not bad per se, just odd...maybe like anise flavor perhaps? Im up to the third box, this one looks promising. If not Im going to try the copy cat recipe after that.

you can freeze ripe banana's in the skin, just throw them in the freezer. when ready to make bread thaw and mix it up. The recipe we use has more sugar, I didnt see you added any.

I used fontina and Gruyere, same amount as called for, in place of sharp cheddar ( was out and had to use up the other stuff). Aside from that followed recipe exactly. Oh yeah, added a tsp of mustard powder too. Was flippin great. Wasn’t sure 5 cups of milk would work but it all did. It was so good I ate too much... that’s by far the most carbs I’ve had in a month, but it was great. Thanks for the tip.

I'd never make it the first year.....clumsy as hell and don't do ice well at all.

I've made some successful keto diet runs.....need to do another. It'll certainly help get leaned down nicely.

Super looking tomahawk ribeye on your grill !!!!

That looks all kinds of good !!!

Top notch sammich right there. Super job.

Spatchcocked (butterflied) a whole chicken tonight, it's the only way to roast!

Rubbed with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, Rynoz Rub, lemon pepper, rotisserie chicken seasoning and a splash of sugar:

    20180415_155025.jpg

Roast at 375 for 20 minutes, back it down to 350, roast another 45-50, baste and go another 10 or so. Take it out, tent it in foil for 10 minutes to keep it juicy.

@yota243 Success! Awesome biscuits and so easy a cave man can do it. Sausage gravy, pan deglazed with white wine. Why did I not deglaze years ago?? Thank you yota243, you are my hero! Even if you don't wear a beard net. :p
