Here's some lowbrow to bring it down a bit. Spam and onions.

I would only use S&P and lime juice. I like lime, cilantro, onions and tomatos in it. That looks good also

Such a simple dish.....yet so much flavor. I want another batch right now, lol.

Instead, though....I made some meatlovers salad tonight for my wife and I. Not very healthy, mind you......but the flavor was great.

Kicked up the flavor of some boneless breast.....sliced into chunks.... browned & chilled them.

Made a batch of dressing with dijon mustard, honey, teriyaki sauce, mushrooms & lime juice.

It all came together right on time.

Wife likes the salads at California Dreaming....where they bring you a croissant with honey.......so.......that's what she got on this one.

Tonight's supper was batch of meatballs.......some whole wheat spaghetti for the family & some butternut squash "spaghetti" for me....little trees for all.

Funny thing is they were both wanting some of my squash spaghetti, too....plenty to share.

Stuff isn't bad at all. They preferred the wheat version, though.

Cutting back on sugars and starches some.

I've never been a big fan of pasta anyway....but do like the sauce.
