The wife made pork and peaches in the crockpot and I made a jalepeno, avocado, peach, cilantro, and lime salsa for some tacos last night. Delicious.

Teriyaki-ish beef noodle bowl.

 

crockpotted up some andouille sausage Cajun 15 bean soup and did some cornbread waffles

 

made some pickled refrigerator banana peppers. Going to pop one open in a couple weeks see if they are good or not

 

Italian Beef dip samiches in the instant pot.

Breakfast this morning.....had some leftover sirloin skewers from the other afternoon.....right on time.

I'm loving the Crystal Garlic hot sauce....gave a liberal dose to the hasbrowns before cooking them.

Some in-house grilling this weekend. Raclette is one of our family favorites.
We had NY Strip, Spicy Chicken, Terryaki Chicken, Shrimp, Scallops, Lamb, Mushrooms, Onion and Pineapple.

badass!! people get their own folding knives!!?? and what is that square pan next to each place?

 

LOL, yes, we love knives.
The little square pans go under the griddle element, kind of like a mini oven. You put a potato slice, mushrooms, flatbread etc. in it, cover with cheese and put it under the hot plate and let the cheese melt.

Nothing special.......but.....55 hour workweek ended yesterday after 4 days of Hellweek.

This morning finds me chilling and sipping strong coffee and loving watching the sunrise with my dogs piled up around me and not a care in the world.

At some point the idea of breakfast is conjured up. May have had something to do with a text from my son wondering if there would be breakfast forthcoming, lol.



Rolled some potatoes around in olive oil and dusted with sprog and a garlic hot sauce that I've been loving of late.....baked 'em while bacon and leftover Jimmy Dean Hot sausage were browned and set aside.

Scrambled eggs with cheddar, sausage and bacon mixed in were cooked.

They destroyed the grub like pack of wolves.

That spread & set-up on your table is the work of absolute genius !!!!!!!!

 

Afternoon snack........super cold.

 

Son & his girlfriend were saying they were going out for dinner.....once I found out about their plans I begged for a to-go order of edamame an an eggroll.
