Am sad. Our local Thai food truck puts cilantro on everything. Their pad Thai is awesome.

Shit, now I’m hungry. Time to make the gyros!

Had a gyro for lunch  Are you making homemade meat? I've done it a few times but it's much easier to pay Cash & Carry & buy the same Kronos brand meat that the gyro shops use I think

We cook up the meat in the kits we get from Sam’s, so it’s probably the same thing. So good. Bake it in the oven for about 8 minutes, add it to “the fixings,” then lie on couch and commit all major bodily functions to digestion.

    Like God intended.

Fish, scallops, and veggies. Had the fish and scallops on the grill for a while and then sautéed in butter.

Quick breakfast sandwich Saturday morning - ham (thick slice sautéd in worchestershire), 2 eggs, tomato, mayoshup (may & ketchup mix). Winner.

I'd like to say bbq, or pasta, or carnitas or something as I cook a bunch. However, the most requested, and I guess my signature 'dish' is my sourdough.

I make a bunch of different stuff from my starter, but the most requested is the standard loaf.

(Sourdough kougin Amman is insane fyi).
