    Quick and easy dinner. Potatoes, onions and carrots in the oven for an hour, corn boiled for a little and then finished on the grill along with the polish sausage. Enough butter on everything to make the wife raise an eye brow, but still smile.

    this was my first go at homemade meatballs and they turned out awesome (I realize that its not super complicate to take ground beef and make it spherical instead of patty or loaf haha) this will be next Monday's video, this Monday is roast chicken and veg (I really just need to get this pic on my phone and this is the easiest way)
