Your $0.02 is worth $5.00 the inside kitchen is thru the door on the left side also the Summer dinning room is same access (Sun Room) and I can hand things directly into the inside Kitchen thru a window right onto a counter top.

Homemade tortillas and steak fajitas tonight! The wife helped roll out some of them so the shape was... A mystery at times haha. I'm not a perfect circle guy but I can get a square with rounded corners pretty consistently... But they all taste the same and as long as they hold steak that's good enough.

We wanted ribs tonight, but there was not enough time after work for low-and-slow on the smoker. I grilled them, which goes a lot quicker, and then just had them on the electric smoker for the last hour to add a touch of smoke flavor. Served with brats and grits with tomato & onion gravy/sauce.

Automated tortilla machine. You just feed it your dough and it does the rest.

yeah thats part of it I guess. I havent used it in a long time, but it was more rubbery if thats a word. For corn tortillas its fine just doesnt live up to homemade flour tortillas. Now the tortilla machines Ive seen produce a good product...But they have a huge price and take up a lot of space...

Round-ish...nothing better than a couple fresh made tortillas with a little butter, salt and pepper...The rest will be for other meals :D

Been seeing folks post up Mississippi Roasts on various forums. Figured I'd finally get around to cooking one myself.

Very easy to do. 5 simple ingredients and 8 hours on low in a crockpot. Nothing to it. Flavor was OUTSTANDING !!!

Looks similar to the spicy italian beef recipe in the slow cooker thread. I'll try this one too!
