    I can't argue that. I had 3 competitive gymnasts ( 9 and 10yo) to feed. these boys can eat and it was about the meats and eggs. Taters were for me.

    Well traditionally(on the right) is cornmeal and a touch of flour just dry dredged and fried like how most southerners do fish... The left is the same but I put milk in the batter and basically made hushpuppy batter that I coated the squash and shrooms in



    Seasoned with salt, pepper, chilli powder, jalapeno powder, and paprika (I ran out of garlic powder last night making taco meat)
