I used a jalapeno I stead of a bell because I'm not a bell fan and I thought a little heat couldnt hurt. I also used some "everything but the bagel" seasoning when I made my bread crumbs and we bought the baby precooked shrimp like for shrimp salad because they were on sale and already peeled and devaned

Going to have to try. I don’t eat bell peppers (give me nasty heartburn) so I like that sub.

Had some good kick as is. Andouille sausage and Cajun seasonings. I’m not a huge fire guy. :anonymous:

Spent all morning cleaning my garage. Seriously: everything dragged out to driveway, dusted and put back neatly. Made a dump run.

I marinated salmon collars in a miso mix. If you’ve never tried it; the collars are arguably the best part on the fish. Rich, succulent and super moist. Perfect for the grill. They are like the chicken wings of the sea.

Made up some quick pickles to cut the richness and called the wife in fir a late lunch. KAPOW! (Bonus - got the collars for free at the fish market in Santa Rosa!)

Wild turkey breast stuffed with chèvre, pine nuts and spinach, indirect roasted over charcoal
    Served with wild rice blend
Sauce was turkey stock, heavy cream, and roasted yellow peppers.
And some kale with red wine vinegar sprinkle

Pretty good but I wish I would have had time to let the sauce thicken up a lil :)
