It's a go to summer drink for me. I usually make them myself too but these travel well. Remove the label, drop the top on, insert straw, and off you go.
    What!?!? No bloody Marias?

Heck no... It was a dark night and a young 18 year old boy had a pint of cheap tequila AND a liter of margarita mix... The night went on and the young man thought he had ran out of margaritas (little did he know this would be his undoing) so he started drinking coronas... Some time later he finds more margaritas but has about half a corona left so he topped it off with margarita and continued on business as per usual until everyone had their fill of spirits... A short time later, that same man began throwing up a vile glow in the dark substance, which continued off and on (more on than off) for the next 12 hours...

Tldr I dont drink tequila or anything green except Sundrop now

I have a shitload of tomatoes. Used about 12 of them in this.

    It’s a Shakshuka. (I think it’s an Israeli dish)

Tomato braised down to a deep sweet flavor. Then crack in eggs to poach. BOOM

Holy shit, we made that for dinner last night too. Didn't make pics because I was born before cell phone cameras. Wife signed up for "Hello Fresh" as part of a trial, then cancelled when she saw what we actually got for the money.

We will be definitely making it again, but need a better recipe because we don't know what all was in the sauce and spice packets.

Ours also had roasted kale. I'm not normally a kale fan, but the shakshuka with the kale was amazingly good. The textures really complimented each other.

my sauce is just onions, garlic, tomatos, and one chopped up roasted red bell pepper. seasoning was salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and harissa.

Antelope tacos with beans, rice, cheese and sour cream. They were good but the marinade I made for it, made it taste like teriyaki jerky.
