    Made some chicken tortilla soup last night. I really need to get better at taking food pictures, but this stuff was killer. I actually served it sans tortilla strips due to having a cheese quesadilla on the side. I did put some avocado and cilantro in the bowl with the soup.

    We have a recipe for that too that we haven't made in years. Been jonesing for it, so thanks for that little nudge!

    Mouth is watering in memory of it. :drool: We never did the cilantro or avocado, though. May have to this time!

    Those look like a good candidate for air fryer experimentation. Maybe freeze them before “frying”. Either way, they look awesome!

    Yeah you gotta at least the the cream cheese set back up or they will melt before the batter cooks
