    Yeah def not the best choice I have made lately. I will def never do that again. I havent eaten mcd's in a long time. I usually dont go there for but maybe once or twice a year if that.

    Dude the McRib is old school and pretty much legendary. Mcdonalds always makes it to wear it only comes out like once a year for a few weeks then takes it off the menu again, not sure why though.:cool: I'm sure theres some kind of marketing scheme behind it.

    Debone a turkey and grill it. Give it some time not really low and slow but watch it so it doesnt burn. While you are grilling that get a 32 oz bottle of pomegranate juice and put it in a sauce pan with 2 or 3 cups of sugar, you have to eye it a little bit. Bring it to a boil stirring in occasionally you want to reduce it by half if you can. When the turkey is almost done brush the reduction onto turkey and keep it on the grill for 10 minutes or so. Plate it with your fav veggie and pour the reduction over the meat on the plate and enjoy. Just thought I would help you out a bit with a quick recipe.

    Been there, Ryan. In my case, I dropped some weight and now I try to get a half hour on the treadmill a day. Managed to lower mine enough to get off the meds, didn't like the way they made me feel. Lucky the doc found it early.

    I do better with just watching my portion control instead of not eating anything I want. I lost around 15 lb in a month, of course I found it now again. But I never didn't eat something I wanted.
