This is our new go to Christmas Dinner. The kids as they got older voted to use the turkey differently. So we did. Ours is ham and turkey with Swiss and cheddar. We make it triple decker and serve it warm with maple syrup au jus.

We need to dial some temps and times in but initial thoughts are this new AF is fantastic.

Supper last night, breaded chicken tenderloin and tater tots.

Coming from a solid plastic AF, the window and light are fantastic. Being able to see the food and having a better idea when to eject it without losing heat means I'll try more things than I would have with the old one.

The capacity it a lot more than the old one, too. The rack I used for the chicken and tots held more tots than the old one and there's a second rack to boot.

Even after exploding a dozen pizza rolls, the innards came right off of the rack and rinsed up beautifully.

I'm completely sold on this thing. It's fantastic. Now I need to figure out something to cook with the rotisserie feature. :D

Tossed a frozen hamburger patty into the air fryer. A bit overcooked so I'll dial the time down for next time but not a bad first effort.

Butterhead lettuce transportation device, burger, obviously, maple bourbon seasoning, crumbled bacon and fresh grated cheddar cheese. And mayo on the other not bun.

Maybe it's buried under the egg and I just can't see it but is there a hamburger patty in there?
I'm REALLY itching to get back to Maui but don't limit yourself. You can find great Loco Mocos on all the islands.

...^^^... Lunch today (lunch is our big meal of the day) .... My wife is new to making American salads ... so she puts some unusually things in the salad. Salmon and salad for us today. I am learning to eat with the spoon and push with the fork ... unless I need to stick something sliding on the plate .. lol

This is not my favorite lunch ... but it is good for me and very filling.
