Anyone have a recommendation on an Espresso machine that won't cost me a mortgage payment?

Not a good one unfortunately. Spend your money at the coffee shop, it's cheaper in the long run.

We have a Mr. Coffee Barista (I think that's the name), for the price it draws a pretty good shot and makes decent foam.

Once u get this one dialed in it makes a mean shot of espresso or a cup of regular strength coffee depending on how much water u use.
Downside is u need to boil ur water and you’ll need a seperate milk frother if that’s your thing

plus it’s super portable for camping or hotel rooms lol

Tonight. A winter veggie Mexican hash burrito. Butternut squash, beets, onions, peppers, left over tri-tip, etc. my wife likes it all in bowl form.

me; everything is better wrapped in a tortilla.

My wife made some rice ramen with a Thai coconut curry sauce with broccoli last night. Could have used a bit more flavor but wasn't bad.

Made tamales for the first time. I tried making my own masa from scratch and it was a fail lol. Ended up buying prepared masa and just used the pork filling that I made. Not bad for my first time but there are things I could improve.
