Had to try another 24 hour sous vide deer roast... Twas amaze

 

Just about anything is better with an egg on top.
I will have eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

 

...^^^... My wife puts eggs "ON" or "IN" almost everything ... getting used to it now ... actually very tasty.

 

Can't argue with that. I just need to try more things with an egg on top.

 

...^^^... Dinner tonight (had no lunch today) ... wife cooked unknown veggies and eggs and salmon in a tasty sauce.

Wife guilted me out of an chocolate ice cream drumstick and cooked this for me.

Low carb almond flour Belgium Waffles and Cheesy Eggs with Bacon. 12 grams of carbs. Yum!

 

...^^^... This is what I was hungry for .... but wife cooked salmon and veggies.

That bacon looks perfect too ... crispy ...

I am starting to miss regular American food .... more and more.

My big problem with American food or any food with a lot of calories is ... portion size .... I need to drop 14 more pounds too ... lol

 

That is pretty hilarious...I had cooked Salmon but my wife was not in the mood! So I changed course...

 

Wow. My wife just made herself some salmon, too.

 

My lady just bought salmon burgers the other day, still need to cook them.

Weird

 

My wife loves sea food but won't eat salmon. Says it's an east coast thing and that I eat it because I'm a west coaster? I dunno but at least I can get it when we have sushi.

 

My lunch today. I started baking eggs for breakfast and wanted to make a turkey & cheese sandwich for lunch, but I did not have time to eat the breakfast so I combined the 2 for a lunch sandwich.
Turkey slices, cheese, tomato, 2 eggs, more cheese and more turkey.

 

Looks like a good sandwich. I've been doing Ham, Egg and Cheese on sour dough bread.

I've also been cooking it like a grilled cheese.

 

Lol most salmon in the supermarkets is farm raised Atlantic salmon. Seems east coast to me

...^^^... We buy the "wild caught" salmon when available .... or .... the "farm caught" without antibiotics.

Costco has the best selection and price in our area.

A lot of the "wild caught" that we get comes from the west or northwest towards AK.

 

...^^^... Wife does a daily blender load of this (blueberries, strawberries, kiwi's, chia seeds and etc) for our daily breakfast drink.

This is really tasty ...

...^^^... We had an "unusually soft taco" for breakfast with her special sauce, veggies and a "chicken burger" patty .

It was an "OK Combo" ... but the chicken burger patty was a little out of place IMO.

She is not used to anything but Thai foods ... so when she experiments ... it sometimes goes sideways ... my coffee cup says it all to her cooking . lol .

The "coffee cup remark" was not planned ... just saw it as I was posting/editing this ... lol
