Pretty tasty. I was wondering about greek yogurt in the marinade.

Went to Vegas and had dinner at Morimoto. Had the chocolate tart for dessert and this is what we got. You had to let the rum burn out and the chocolate ball filled with marshmellow and ganache collapse before you could dig in. Perfect for two!

I think the only thing I would change is making a homemade paneer itself. This is my first try with store bought and there's a clear difference from one that's been made fresh. It wasn't bad and I'd definitely have it again, but it could have been better.

My wife has made paneer and I know this is sacrilegious but I prefer diced up string cheese. I like the saltiness the string cheese adds.

I do plenty of strange things with ingredients so I could see that being pretty good. I'm sure I'll bastardize my paneer at some point to see if I can make a spicy version.

Keto bun (1 gram of net carbs), slice of co-jack and a slice of cheddar, Hoisin, Impossible burger, crumbled bacon (love the irony here :D) and mayo.

These kids are well trained!. My Father's Day dinner; My daughter made her signature beets with ricotta & goat cheese, flavoured grits, and a salad. My son grilled bratwurst, lamb chops and steak with chimichurri, and a butter basted egg to top it off.

Holy shit - Cheerwine. We can only get that in specialty shops, or pay $$$$ to get it at "niche eateries."

    Where are you getting yours?

@My Name is Rahl posted a link to their Find Where to Buy page in another thread and found out a local grocery store carries it.
