There's mayo but at 96 degrees today, the cooler didn't stay as cold as I would have liked. Hopefully that won't be a problem for me and my bathroom tomorrow.

Chef Morimoto's deep fried ribs. I don't know what's better, the ribs or knowing I've used every utensil in the kitchen making them and my wife has to clean up after. Pow! (and yes, that is cilantro)

Excellent choice in chicken parts... I picked up some Walmart fried chicken today and the thighs told me it's was under the heat lamp a little long, the breasts were almost inedibly dry

When my wife goes on a diet I get sucked into it also. Not that it's a bad thing; I need it more than her. Anyways, she is on a no-redmeat diet, so we eat more fish.
Air fried salmon with sauteed veggies (white and red cabbage, onion, carrots. ) Air fried salmon with salad, and grilled tuna with salad this past week.

We have the Power XL that they advertise on TV infomercials. It's okay, but I won't necessarily recommend it. On the grill setting it smokes a lot; the door doesn't seal good and it sets off the smoke alarm. LOL. every time. Air fry does not set off the alarm, but I feel there are better options out there, although maybe more expensive.
We also have a Philips, the original basket style. It works, but is too small for family cooking.

I don't remember what brand but we had a basket style and I wasn't a fan because you can't see what you're cooking without opening it and losing all your heat. The window and light in the Vortex is great.
