Biscuits and gravy is such an after thought in most restaurants. It's always a disappointment. Glad to see someone doing it right. (and no damn egg on top)

 

Gravy and biscuit is my favorite and pizza is my 2nd favorite... Today I have had both... It's a good day

 

The internet says tacos use small tortillas and are folded, burritos use large tortillas and are rolled; I rolled small tortillas and made burracos

 

B&G is my favorite meal of all times. I might have to make some this weekend after seeing your post.

I always drop a couple of over-easy eggs on top of my biscuits and gravy, but that’s how I was taught back when I was a kid. Love the yolk mixing in with the gravy, and the texture of the egg with the biscuit. But then we used to eat it at the original Bob Evans restaurant in Rio Grand Ohio.

Back when Bob himself was the host.

Shoney's was a distant second on breakfast and not too bad ... but Bob Evans had super biscuits and gravy ...

I cannot say enough about how delicious homemade garlic aioli is...or why you shouldn't eat as much of it as I did on Sunday.

Or the after-effects of it on Monday. It WAS good...but at what cost?



Garlic farts are unreal.

 

Banana bread and a little shrimp scampi.

 

Better hurry. I have 2 loaves and ones already tapped.
