Damn I miss Mussels. When I was in college there was this pizza place down the block that did them. The cook told me to only order them tues or weds cuz that's when they were fresh and they were the best. Cooked in wine and garlic served with toast. I guess it's time to drive out to the coast and get some, but then I always get the Cioppino. LOL

    Oh look, another mod....
Everyone kept telling me "You need to make wings with your Air Fryer. You'll love it." So, I finally did. I found a guy on YouTube and followed his exact recipe and directions. This was the result:

    They came out perfectly cooked!

    IMG_20220403_163909495.jpg

....and dessert. No, I didn't eat the entire box. I'm not THAT much of a fatass. I justified eating two because, well, they're "banana" flavored. That makes 'em healthy, right?

    Cool!!!
This is a Hickory limb bent and tied up for hanging salted hams in an old, log salt house in E. TN. that a friend of mine owned. The bent and tied loop slid onto a pole that was supported by the rafters. The salt table looked petrified, it was so well preserved from the salt. They slaughtered in the Fall and let them cure through the Winter.

Basically a Shepard's pie that all the ingredients are moderately to heavily modified... Because I have a picky 8 year old, hopefully it passes her judgement

You know my daughter would eat anything, even sushi. Then one day she comes home from school and goes,"Is there onions in this? Cuz if there is I won't eat it!" I was like, where'd that come from? So I take her to the burger place and order onion rings. She dives in and I'm like,"Whoa! Those are onion rings!" "But I like these..." Uh huh.

Yeah kids are wired lol mine is the first one I have met that doesn't eat mashed potatoes though, or Mac and cheese really... But candy, some pizza, and gravy and biscuits are usually a good bet for her... I guess I need to figure out how to make everything into a pizza that just looks like pepperoni

    Stuff... Need more stuff
    I can relate.

I nicknamed my 8 year old daughter The Food Inspector, she inspects every piece of food that goes into her mouth. Growing up I was referred to as George The Waste King cause I would eat anything.

Dinners can be really frustrating sometime.

There is some canning company that used to be based out of muscle shoals or something around here and I've heard a lot of, well as good as you can expect from canned stuff, things about them. I'll try and figure out what the name of it is.. but good find on them greens!
