    1 bunch each Cilantro, Parsley and Oregano
    1 Jalapeno, seeds and all
    A lot of Garlic
    1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
    Salt and White pepper
    Quality Olive Oil
    Blend in food processor and thin with olive oil
    Use liberally on meat
