Jumbo stuffed shells!

Stuffed with: Sweet Sausage, Parmesan Cheese, Ricotta, Oregano, Basil, Salt, Pepper, Mozzarella Cheese and covered in Marinara. Served with a side of garlic bread, of course!

 

I hear you, it doesn't look like it, but there was a lot of that. We plated some for a friend who doesn't eat spicy, before mixing it all up with the sauce that's in the bottom. She took these photos. Once we started eating it was a saucy mess and I couldn't touch my phone to get an updated photo.

First of two London Broils off the Traeger Scout. Thin sliced on a bias. Tender, juicy, sweet, spicy, peppery goodness. Might be the perfect steak sandwich or maybe I will serve it over a nice Fettuccini Alfredo.

Second one is moments away.

 

Went with the Fettuccini. It was amazing.

 

Every time I cook these chops I say they were the best yet! The pan sauce makes the dish. The change I made this time was to cook them uncovered at 375° until they reached 155° then put them under the broiler...

 

Looks like Montreal Steak seasoning, if so I approve!

 

Great Eye…When it comes roasts and steaks…It’s the only seasoning we use!!!

 

Just some biscuits -n- gravy, with side of peppered bacon.

 

Wife is making some right now

 

Crockpot ribs (with spicy bbq sauce) and Air Fryer french-fries (with a Cajun seasoning).

 

The good thing about the colder weather is that it’s chili season!


I am not a vegetarian but lentil chili is amazing!

 

Some thinly sliced London Broil. Add peppers, onions, and provolone cheese. Bring on the Phillies. So good!

Good bicuits and gravy is soo hard to find. I used to travel a lot pre-pandemic and soo many restaurants just treat it as an afterthought. Pasty-assed off color gravy poured over day old biscuits. Luckily there's a place here in town that has some outstanding B&G.

 

Yep, you can definitely tell a lot about a restaurant by their biscuits and gravy.
