...^^^.... That looks great ... I used to eat that when I lived in Canada ... especially on cold winter days.

I experimented with the Air Fryer again today. I bought some of those lil' 5lb ButterBall turkeys (Kroger had them on sale for $6, so I bought half a dozen). It came out perfect and was served with corn & mashed potato's.

It takes about 55-60 minutes to cook (360 degrees, turning every 15 minues). Cook until the meat is at 165 degrees internally.

    Ingredients :
1 (5 pounds) boneless turkey breast roast
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    11/2 tbs salt
    1 tbsp paprika
    1 tbsp cajun seasoning
    1 tbsp oregano

Do you brine turkey typically? I know breast are especially easy to dry out. Most wet brines call for sugar and salt so years ago I just started using apple juice and salt since it's already plenty sweet plus it adds some acidity and a little different flavor profile. It may sound a little wired but sweet potato is a big fall flavor and my mom always made baked sweet potatoes and apples (together as one dish) so the slight underlying apple tone still fit my autumnal pallet lol, but I use it for chicken and pork too (pork and apple is a big combo across the pond I hear)

This isn't a full sized turkey, like the kind you get at Thanksgiving dinner. It's a mini-turkey. No. I did not have to brine it.

It's the size of......a large grapefruit. It doesn't dry out. The way I cooked it, it came out very tender/moist and full of flavor.

This is the YouTube video that I found (I altered the seasonings though - just a bit):

Don’t throw your hot sauce fermentation brine out - use it on pork chops and chicken!

Habanero/mango this go around: chipotle/paprika crusted with a cayenne and pineapple cream sauce

Garlic rice and beans, lime gel.
