    Just finished the Christmas gifts for all my staff. Not food per se…but a tasty treat nonetheless. Snowmen in a mug (mason jar with silicone sipping lid) with a special recipe for a warm and spicy cocoa. 2 large marshmallows, powdered sugar, 4 whole Cloves, 1 Orange tic-tac, a pinch of salt, two pinches of Cardamom and Nutmeg, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon and a dash of Cayenne. Melted white chocolate to glue it all together. Add 1 packet of Swiss Miss and 8 oz of hot water and a touch of bourbon. Chases away the winter blues. Merry Christmas Everyone!
