    Speaking of curry...

    I might have made a little mistake last week and ordered one of these:

    It was delivered and the container was cracked so I contacted Amazon and got my money back since it couldn't be returned.

    I then ordered a replacement. Before I threw the first one in the garbage, I opened the lid (which admittedly I should have done much earlier) and realized that the paste is in an intact, vacuum sealed container inside the cracked container. Oops.

    So now we have 28 ounces to use up. :laugh:

    Sorry guys… got there and took one picture. Started enjoying things and didn’t take any more. Vietnamese corn, egg rolls, beef, chicken, meatball and spam skewers, pandan, beignets (banh tieu), spring rolls and my two favorites… curry goat(ca ri de) and chargrilled oysters! Just something about the spice choices…
